These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a contract between you and Theos Lumen Ltd (referred to as "Wisdom For Kids", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Wisdom For Kids mobile app (the "App"), which is a subscription-based service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. "You" refers to you as an individual and if applicable, the entity you represent (e.g., parent, guardian).
You and the End-User acknowledge that this EULA is between You and the End-User only, and not with the platform provider through which you obtained the App. We, not the platform provider, are solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content. These Terms may not conflict with the platform provider's terms and conditions.
License: We grant you a non-transferable, limited license to use the App on devices running the platform's operating system that you own or control, as permitted by the platform provider's usage rules. The App may also be accessed by other accounts associated with you through family sharing or volume purchasing, if supported by the platform.

We are solely responsible for maintenance and support of the App, as required by applicable law. The platform provider has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
We are solely responsible for any warranties related to the App. In case of failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the app store from which you obtained the App, and the app store will handle refunds according to its policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform provider has no further warranty obligations, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses related to the App will be our sole responsibility.
We, not the platform provider, are responsible for addressing any claims related to the App, including but not limited to:
If a third party claims that the App or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not the platform provider, will be responsible for investigating, defending, and settling such claims.

You must comply with all applicable third-party terms when using the App. For example, if using a VoIP service, you must not violate your wireless data service agreement.
You and the End-User acknowledge that the platform provider and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon acceptance of this agreement, the platform provider has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Our liability for issues with the App is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription. We are not responsible for indirect or special damages. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights or remedies beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate this agreement by discontinuing use of the App.
The App and its content belong to Theos Lumen Ltd and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our materials without permission.
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify you 30 days in advance. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
